How to Create Your Digital Signature
Follow these simple steps to create your digital signature:
1. Access Your Profile
- Start by clicking on the Profile tab.
2. Open the Signature Creation Page
- On your profile page, click the Create Signature link.
- This will open a new popup window with options to create your digital signature and initials.
3. Choose Your Signature Style
- Under the SELECT STYLE tab, your name and initials will already be pre-filled based on your profile information.
- If you'd like to make any changes, you can update them here.
- To select a different signature style, click the dropdown menu and choose the one you prefer.
4. Draw Your Signature (Optional)
- Switch to the DRAW tab to draw your signature directly on the screen using your mouse or trackpad.
- Don’t worry if it’s not perfect the first time! You can keep re-drawing until you're happy with the result.
- If needed, use the Erase tool to correct any mistakes.
5. Upload an Image of Your Signature (Optional)
- If you have a scanned image of your signature or initials, click on the UPLOAD tab.
- Select the image file from your computer to upload it.
- You can preview your uploaded image in the window to ensure it looks correct.
6. Preview and Finalize Your Signature
- As you make changes, the preview window will show how your signature looks.
- Take a moment to review it before finalizing.
- Important: Once you click the Create & Adopt button, your digital signature will become your legally binding signature for all ePACT documents you sign.
7. Complete the Signature Setup
- When you're satisfied with your signature, click Create & Adopt.
- Your new digital signature will now appear in your profile section.
How to Edit or Update Your Signature
If you ever need to update or change your signature:
- Simply click the pencil icon next to your signature in the profile section.
- Alternatively, click the Edit Signature link to make adjustments.
Now your digital signature is ready to use on all ePACT documents.
