How to View the Audit Trail of an ePACT
The audit trail provides a detailed history of an ePACT, allowing you to track its progress from submission to completion.
Follow the steps below to view the audit trail of an ePACT.
1. Log Into Your Account
- Ensure that you are logged into your account.
2. Find the ePACT
- Navigate to the ePACT you wish to view the audit trail for. Once you’ve located the ePACT, click on it to open the ePACT details.
3. Access the ePACT Details Page
- Make sure you are on the ePACT Details page for the selected ePACT.
4. Click the "View Audit Trail" Link
- Look for the View Audit Trail icon on the page and click on it.
5. Review the Audit Trail
- You will be taken to the full Audit Trail page. The top section displays key ePACT details, such as the status and any important identifiers.
- Below this, you'll see a table that logs every step in the lifecycle of the ePACT. The table includes:
- Date and timestamp for each step.
- Key actions such as when the ePACT was sent for approval, when it was viewed by various parties, and when it was accepted and became active.
- The topmost row in the table shows the most recent activity, along with the current status of the ePACT.
6. Option to Print the Audit Trail
- If you wish, you can print the audit trail for your records by selecting the Print option available on the page.
