How to Share a Draft for Review




Sharing a draft for review is a great way to collaborate with others, gather feedback, and make any necessary changes before finalizing your ePACT for signatures. Follow the steps below to share a draft in ePACT!T.


1. Log Into Your Account

  • Ensure you’re logged in to your ePACT!T account.


2. Navigate to Your Drafts

  • From the Dashboard, click on the Draft link under the ePACTS widget to view your drafts.


3. Select the ePACT Draft

  • Find the ePACT you want to share and click on it.


4. Go to Document Details

  • Once the ePACT opens, click the Document Details link.


5. Share Draft for Review

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the ‘Share Draft for Review’ button.


6. Confirm Sharing

  • A pop-up will appear confirming that you want to share the draft. Please note that this draft is for review purposes only—it cannot be signed while in review mode and is not legally binding.
  • Click OK to confirm.

7. Notifications

  • All involved parties will receive an email notification to review the draft. You will also be notified by email if anyone adds comments.


8. View Comments

  • You can view comments by either clicking the link in the email notification or using the option within the platform.


9. Draft Under Review

  • Your ePACT will now be in the Draft Under Review bucket. You can continue editing the ePACT, and all involved parties will be notified of any updates you make.


10. Stop Draft Sharing

  • Once all parties have reviewed the ePACT and you’re ready to move forward, click the ‘Stop Draft Sharing’ button to end the review session.
  • Click OK to confirm. This will prevent further access to the draft by others.


11. Finalize and Send for Signatures

  • After completing the review process, click the Ready to ePACT button to send your ePACT for signatures. This button will become active once you have signed the ePACT yourself, if you are one of the signing parties.


Important Notes:

  • Drafts shared for review cannot be signed and are not legally binding until finalized.
  • You can make edits during the review process, and involved parties will be notified of any changes.
